Delete Your Account

Permanently delete your Sahulat Ghar Tak account and associated personal data.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Deleting your account is not a temporary freeze or deactivation. Once confirmed:

Your profile information (full name, CNIC, gender, description) is permanently removed or anonymized.
For Service Providers, your uploaded profile photo and CNIC verification images are permanently deleted from our servers.
Your saved addresses are permanently deleted, except where an address is still referenced by a past service request.
Your mobile number is released and becomes available for re-registration.
Login credentials and OTP records tied to your account are permanently deleted.

Records of past bookings and payment/commission ledger entries are retained in anonymized form for financial and dispute-resolution history — see our Privacy Policy, Section 7 for full details.
